Must have a completed high school diploma or equivalent. Our ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English. Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks. Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer. Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify subscribers. Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations.
